I am an experienced football coach from Sheffield England who is currently based in China with over 10 years experience in youth age-group and senior women’s football. I have experience in football management, coaching, performance analysis, coach education, teaching/ lecturing and as a technical director.
I am currently the head coach of the AC Milan Academy in Shenzhen, China, where I specifically work with the U14 and U8 age-groups within the academy in a full time capacity. I have been working in China since 2023 and in Asia since 2022.
I am currently the Technical director of The Holmshaw Academy LTD based in Yorkshire, England, UK, where I oversee curriculum design and coaching delivery.
I have an researcha and educational background through completing a undergraduate and masters degree in the field of Sports Coaching. I have recently undertaken the UEFA B qualification in Football.
I believe in long term development over short term gain, I like to develop players, my team, and the various projects that I am involved with over time.
